Thank you to all of the parents for helping out at the Classic Chill. A special thank you to Carol Dougan, our meet coordinator, for once again running a great event!

Congratulations to Sylvie – she placed 2nd overall in the Neo-senior category at the Noord-Brabant Limburg Zeeland Sprint Meet this weekend. 1st in 300m, 2nd in 100m and 300m!

Equipment: 

Please remember that safety equipment that belongs to the club (helmets, gloves, goggles, ankle protection, etc) should only be used on a short-term basis. If you need clarification on what items your skater needs, please see Shawn or Jodi. Also, please remember that all items can be purchased from https://www.ilovespeedskating.com/ (discount provided to members of the KLB!)

Bottle Drives: 

The next bottle drive will be held November 10:

Start time 9:30 and end at 3:30 pm. Meet at 395 Armour Place. Need lots of trucks and trailers as we will not be sorting.  Dress warm and in KLB clothing, please!

Also, Gail will be selling Panago cards (100) this week. We will be selling Gary’s sausages in time for Christmas later this month.
